Booked group transfers will not be offered for this conference, except pre and post Conference tours. Delegates are all asked to advise of their anticipated arrival time, to assist the hotel and in the event that flights have a very large number of delegates onboard, consideration will be given to a shuttle bus for those flights. Delegates requiring a private transfer are asked to contact the Secretariat to make bookings.

Social Programme & Tours

Payment for all tours during the Conference must be made in full at the time of booking. Conference and Pre and Post Conference tours are all privately arranged and are designed specifically with a view to best meeting Delegates’ interests. All have a minimum number of participants required to operate and strict maximum numbers. If these numbers are not reached the private tours arranged for the Conference will not be viable.
